These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PJL AI and Brick by Brick Management platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by PJL AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, upload malware, scrape data, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
4. Payments and rent collection
Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc., subject to Stripe's terms. We do not store full payment card numbers. Subscription fees, transaction fees, and any other charges are disclosed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (lease documents, photos, messages, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present security or legal risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs are informational only and are not legal, financial, or investment advice. Verify all recommendations with a qualified professional before acting on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
