Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Rent payments

Rent payments are transactions between tenants and landlords. We do not refund rent payments directly. If a rent payment was made in error, the landlord can issue a refund from their dashboard, subject to Stripe's processing rules.

Disputes

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, email preston.landes@yahoo.com within 30 days of the charge. We review every request individually.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We will always try to resolve issues directly first.
